DS II (Be wary for spoilers)

For Oblivion. And some other stuff, I suppose.

Actually I think I have another ring which does the same thing but also protects against pertrification? But it cost me even more to repair it so there's no point using it.

At least not until I find somewhere where I get petrified, I guess.

That sounds about right, I think it was double the cost. I just used the 2 normal ones, with the teleport it doesn't take long to pop out and get them repaired.

i went for the Giant Spider. i died 4 times, twice as i acted dumb. anyway "last try" went smooth and she (female?) died.

the best happened right after! i went straight into the corridor approaching the guy next to the table and the bastard attacked me!! before i realized he was an enemy i had already half life remaining. i run away, went right toward the other exit, i saw the primal bonfire and then i got stabbed again by the headless warrior.

i guess i reached 1% of life, rolling and swearing i managed to reach the spider cave, i drunk my last health potion and got my revenge on the bastards!

oh guys i really love this game! every corner a surprise!

She must be female if only by her name.

Did you find the thing? I think you had to find it rather than just be given it like the others IIRC.

i don't know if it's just because it's easier to get human and summon people but the boss fights seem a lot easier. the only one i've died on so far is when i found the last giant by accident. i'm up to the lost bastille (by both routes) now

But were there any bosses in the first game that killed you when you had a summon with you, before Smough and Ornstein?

I suppose the Capra Demon would be one but only if you failed to enter the room cleanly.
