Slay the Spire

For Oblivion. And some other stuff, I suppose.

Been playing Celeste for a while, but hopped back on tonight. The daily starts you off with 15 copies of Exhume in your deck, which don't do anything. I didn't even build around them that much, just picked up millions of Perfected Strikes. The damage was absurd.

I had never thought about Perfected Strikes when there was triple copies in a daily. Although I suppose I would have thought about it, if I'd seen one. Maybe.

I gave up trying to channel 9 plasma. But have done it now, thanks to a Necronomicon, then 2 floors later getting a Meteor Strike, and the very next fight it was done.

No relic run next, I think.

I was sailing through yesterday's daily until I got to Donu and Deca, and I realised I've never actually fought them without a completely busted deck. Is there any downside to focusing down one of them first?

There is only upside I can think of. You either stop them from buffing or you stop them from putting dazes in your deck.

My decks tend to be large so getting dazes is usually preferable so killing Donu first (I think, the one on the right) to stop the STR buff is usually what I do. But, it depends..

Got my first Beyond Perfect on yesterday's daily. Multiple upgraded Seeks meant I could go turn 1 Amplify > Buffer+ pretty often. Scored 1307, which was in the top 100 at the time

I had no idea that there were separate save slots. I presume it's new?

Anyway, it lets me start again with a try hard character to see proper stats.

Although it's going to take ages to unlock A15 again with them all..

I've been playing new save slots at low difficulty and I'm on the leaderboard for Silent win streaks. 9 wins in a row which is currently 15th place.

Ok so it's reset day so doesn't really count, but it's the highest I've been on any leaderboard..

In other news they added new difficulty levels up to A20. They make you do A15 again just to unlock A16. The Bastards.
